Long time this was created in 3D and posted in my deviantART gallery; a few people in the past asked to have a wallpaper for this, so here I am.
While working on a new iPhone Application (it’s called Say I Love You, you’re already loving it, right?) I had the idea to rearrange and revisit this render.

I’ve been quite busy these times, too much work and too many things to do; but the Music Project is always on my mind, and I’ve tried to develop a decent theme with Artisteer (will review it later).
I’ve tried to change the platform, switching from WordPress to Joomla; I’m not sure I’m gonna keep that support but it’s interesting for the simplified login method that I feel is more “secure” than WP one’s; this is a general layout, for sure I’ll have to redraw by myself.
What about?

As a big fan of the serie I’m following each step of the development of this new serie of Hideaki Anno‘s new releases.
That’s a brief report from Anime News Network:
The official Evangelion anime website has posted the new 85-second trailer for Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance, the second
film in Hideaki Anno and Khara‘s four-part theatrical remake of Gainax‘s Neon Genesis Evangelion television anime, on Saturday. The trailer originally premiered in Japanese theaters on April 25.

Design is a passion, and sometimes you have to spend time and time doing the same things in the same ways. Have you ever heard of the cheat sheets?
Of course you have!
Here I’d like to present some helpful sheet cards for Photoshop in order to simplify your daily works, something useful that maybe not all of you people know.
Those quick sheet are only for Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS4, but you can find easily, on the web, sheets for other CS versions (2,1) and older Photoshop versions …

Apple from Infinite Loop has just counted theri first billion download of iPhone applications.. good deal and my wishes for a more gold fortune!
Here I’d like to present some extract of the Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines on creating custom icon and images (here’s the .pdf document, freely viewable online too).
The user interfaces of iPhone applications are characterized by beautiful images and lush color. As an application designer, you want to fit into this environment by providing an aesthetically pleasing user interface. Although iPhone OS provides a wide range of elegant …

We’ve been hardly busy these days into putting pieces together for the next iPhone application; my job was rather tricky while designing a background matching the right style.

Simple images can represent infinte worlds, tweak your imagination and fool your mind. This is my own conception of illustrations, with a single pencil line you can bring fantasy alive and turn your dreams into something real.
I feel lucky I had the opportunity to put some illustrations into some known papers and draw some paper campaigns for different purposes.
There were some nice projects I got involved with, both paper and web; really a challenge for my skills.
Put aside my renders and focused into 2 dimensions style; mainly the use of …

Got a strange kind of fascination for Japan and its culture, its fine arts, its colors, its perfumes and scients. When happens to me to surf into a Japan-whatever site, those who offers your name wrote in Kanji or Hiragana or Katakana, I’m quite interested; learnt a bit of Kanji calligraphy on my own just because I felt there are not enough things to be written.
I mean: have you ever wanted your name in Kanji and tried out thousands of website which were offering you that service at a high …

I was working as a systemist, fullfilled my brain with logs of Cisco machines while people were asking impossible things. My chief was ambitious and had the idea to build up an interactive shopping mall; the leading woman was a 3D render brunette named Hanna.
My job was to build the infrastructure with wrappers and includes so to let the designer all the needed space to insert the girl.. I was a bit tired of all that but the man in front of my desk was everyday happy: he was creating …

The state of the art is the highest level of development, as of a device, technique, or scientific field, achieved at a particular time. It also applies to the level of development (as of a device, procedure, process, technique, or science) reached at any particular time usually as a result of modern methods.
Art is a difficult word, many people try to label Art giving so many different meanings: a well done poster is Art, Picasso is Art, Modigliani is Art, cubism is Art, comix are Art, fashion is Art, poetry …
